The position offers a salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 and requires a BSc/MSc in Building Surveying.
The successful candidate will receive full support for their APC progression and gain exposure to a variety of projects in both public and private sectors.

A construction focused, multidisciplinary consultancy with a growing team and supportive management, are seeking a dedicated Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Kent based office.

This is an opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor with ambition, who is looking for full, tailored and 1:1 support on their APC progression, as well as well-rounded project exposure.

Role and responsibilitiesThe successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have access to a number of both public and private sector clients, where you'll carry out the full range of surveying services across both the project and professional offerings.

As the chosen Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll work closely with your APC peers and management, as well as external counsellor's to drive forward your APC progression as the first priority, whilst you develop yourself as a Building Surveyor.

Person specification

BSc/ MSc in Building Surveying
A good attitude towards learning and self-motivated
Any construction experience would be beneficial
Strong communications skills - both written and verbal
