The Successful Senior Building Surveyor's Role
The Senior Building Surveyor will handle a wide array of responsibilities, including contract administration, dilapidations, acquisition surveys, and party wall matters.
The role offers the chance to work across residential, mixed-use, regeneration, and remediation sectors, engaging with a diverse client base.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality surveying services to varied client portfolios
- Lead on contract administration, dilapidations, and acquisition surveys
- Address party wall matters with expertise
- Manage relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Contribute to the growth and innovation of the Building Surveying team
The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
- RICS-accredited degree (essential)
- Experience in the public sector or construction-focused background
- Comprehensive service line knowledge and attention to detail
- Business-driven, proactive mindset with strong teamwork skills
