The Successful Senior Building Surveyor's Role
The Senior Building Surveyor will handle a wide array of responsibilities, including contract administration, dilapidations, acquisition surveys, and party wall matters.

The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
- RICS-accredited degree (essential)
- Experience in the public sector or construction-focused background
- Comprehensive service line knowledge and attention to detail
- Business-driven, proactive mindset with strong teamwork skills
