Production Operative (Day Shift) - 7am to 4pm, 45 hours per week (with paid lunch break) - £27,000 per annum

Location: Currently based in Sevenoaks, moving to Aylesford in late 2024.

On behalf of our valued client, we’re looking for a skilled Production Operative to join their day shift team.If you’re experienced in production and looking for a hands-on role with great benefits, this could be your next career move!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery across various stages, including moulding, powder coating, assembly, and packaging
  • Monitor and adjust production equipment to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime
  • Perform quality checks at each stage to maintain the highest product standards
  • Support the troubleshooting of equipment issues to minimise production delays
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and optimise workflow
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following safety guidelines

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience in production or manufacturing roles, ideally with machinery operation
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and achieve performance targets
  • Reliable team player with good communication skills
  • Flexibility to support occasional overtime, if required
