Production Operative (Night Shift) - Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 6am - £31,600 per annum

Location: Currently based in Sevenoaks, moving to Aylesford in late 2024.

We’re hiring on behalf of a respected, family-run client seeking a skilled Production Operative to join their night shift team. If you’re experienced in production and looking for a hands-on role with great benefits, this could be your next career move!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery across various stages, including moulding, powder coating, assembly, and packaging
Monitor and adjust production equipment to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime
Perform quality checks at each stage to maintain the highest product standards
Support the troubleshooting of equipment issues to minimize production delays
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and optimise workflow
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following safety guidelines

Skills & Requirements:

Experience in production or manufacturing roles, ideally with machinery operation
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and achieve performance targets
Reliable team player with good communication skills
Flexibility to support occasional overtime, if required
