About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen with a dynamic and ambitious accounting firm. This client-facing role offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily tech start-ups and scale-ups, providing innovative and value-added tax advisory solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in driving the team's success, managing complex technical tax queries, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead tax advisory assignments and support directors on complex projects.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and their tax compliance requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance to internal teams and clients.
  • Contribute to departmental initiatives, training, and development.
  • Identify business development opportunities and attend client functions.

Skills & Experience:

  • ATT and/or CTA qualified with at least 8 years of relevant experience (or 10 years without ATT qualification).
  • Expertise in corporate tax advisory, including restructuring, due diligence, and compliance.
  • Strong people management and coaching skills with the ability to handle complex situations diplomatically.
