Key Responsibilities
  • Lead tax advisory assignments and support Directors on complex projects
  • Manage and service a portfolio of clients with varied and challenging needs
  • Provide technical advice to both clients and internal teams, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Prepare and review complex corporate and personal tax returns
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify cross-selling opportunities and generate business leads
  • Contribute to departmental initiatives, processes, and projects, while overseeing team performance metrics such as chargeable time, recoveries, and billings
  • Support marketing initiatives, including content creation and client engagement activities
  • Represent the team at client functions, networking events, and seminars to build professional relationships
