Trainee Loan ManagerBased in SevenoaksFull-Time, PermanentSalary: Competitive

We are working with a bespoke property finance company to find a successful and proactive Trainee Loan Manager to join their team in Sevenoaks.

You will be responsible for assisting with sourcing new lending opportunities, conducting in-depth analysis, managing active loans, and ensuring that all lending activities align with our client's management and performance objectives. This role offers hands-on experience in all aspects of property finance and development, with the potential for growth and additional responsibility.

  • Support for Joint Venture Projects

Essential/Desirable Characteristics:

  • Organised and have good attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise their workload
  • Sales oriented
  • Willing to go the extra mile
  • Experience in Property Construction or Finance would be advantageous, butnot essential.
  • Driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with high attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Works well within a team and contributes to a positive work environment.
  • Confident in presenting information clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Friendly, confident, and able to build relationships with potentiaL
