Venn Group are currently partnered with a successful and passionate Housing Association who are looking to recruit a Senior Financial Planner to join their growing team.

Job title:           Senior Financial Planner

Location:          Kent

Salary:             £65,000 - £70,000 pa

Contract:          Permanent

As the Senior Financial Planner, your role will include:

  • Maintaining the 30-year business plan, including regular updates and scenario planning
  • Ensure accurate FFR returns to the regulator of Social Housing
  • Provide insightful analysis to drive improvements for business performance
  • Manage treasury liquidity across all existing and future loan funding arrangements
  • Produce monthly interest, loan amortisation and treasury accruals
  • Produce and monitor monthly and annual treasury covenants, KPIs and golden rules
  • Ensure accurate daily and monthly cashflow forecasts
  • Act as the day to day contact for external business planning and treasury advisers and banking lawyers

Experience required:

  • CCAB Qualification 
  • Experience working in the Social Housing sector
  • Experience using the business planning tool Brixx
  • Experience using Cloud Financials
  • Ability to communicate with finance and non-finance staff
