Heavy Plant Fitter/Engineer

The successful candidate will have experience in servicing and repair to all heavy and light construction plant, including excavators, dumpers, compressors etc.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Engineer at Buxted Construction Ltd in Sevenoaks. The Plant Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to plant maintenance, operations, troubleshooting, and repair. working in the workshop and on site
Qualifications
  • Plant Engineering, Plant Maintenance, and Plant Operations skills
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Hydraulic systems
  • Experience in maintaining and operating plant machinery
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in plant operations

It is essential to have a UK driving Licence and a relevant mechanical qualification, NVQ or equivalent.

  • Working hours are between 07.45-16.45 hrs

Remuneration negotiable dependent on experience.
