Jardox are currently recruiting a People Administrator to join the friendly people/HR team in Otford, Sevenoaks. This is a temporary contract for 6 months.
At Jardox, we are the "Taste Behind the Brands." We are a one stop shop for all savoury ingredients, specialising in stocks, gravies, curry pastes, marinades, glazes, sausage & burger seasonings and herb & spice based products.
This role is on a 16-20 hour a week basis, and can be worked flexibly to suit you. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can work over three or more days each week, between our office hours of 8am - 5pm. Exactly how these hours are worked can be discussed to suit you. This is a hybrid position and requires an office presence at least once a week in the office.
You will be involved in the following:
- Responding to applicants and inviting candidates for interview
- Issuing new contracts to employees and keeping in contact with new starters
- Sending out letters/emails on the People Team's behalf
- Setting up health check timetables for our factory workers
- Helping with our events e.g. party organisation
- Helping organise our filing cabinets
- Scanning and helping to manage our electronic personnel files
- General administrative assistance
We are ideally looking for someone who has previously worked in an administrative role, with an eye for detail.
We close between Christmas and New Year and contribute to your pension at a rate of up to 5.5%, on a matched basis. Holiday allowance is 25 days per year (plus bank holidays).
