As a Supply Special Needs Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering personalised and engaging lessons to students with a variety of learning needs. You will work closely with the support staff and Special Educational Needs Coordinator to provide a structured learning environment that promotes students progress and well-being. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of students who need additional support.

Key Responsibilities as a Supply Special Needs Teacher:
- Plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual students needs and abilities
- Assess and monitor students progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Work closely with teaching assistants and other professionals to support student learning
- Promote the school's ethos of inclusion, respect, and achievement for all students
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to teaching
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong understanding of special educational needs and relevant teaching strategies
- A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting students
