The Role of General Manager
Our client is looking for a passionate leader to take the reins at this successful site. You must live for the role, be an inspirational leader, someone your team want to work for. Tonnes of energy and someone who leads by example.
Our client really looks for personality and presence and when I say leads by example, I mean you roll your sleeves up and get involved in the business, never asking your team to do anything you wouldn't do yourself. You will be standards driven and really enjoy a collaborative culture with your team. You will love to train and develop your team from within, creating organic pipeline for future promotions and have a success rate in the retention of staff in previous roles.
Who will you be as General Manager:
- We are looking for a seasoned Hospitality operator who has strong experience on both the wet and dry side of the business
- You will be passionate about people, food and service

- Ability to run a P&L
