Are you an experienced Registered Home Support Manager (Peripatetic) with an active NMC PIN, to joining a dedicated care team. who is passionate about delivering Outstanding Nursing care and improving the lives of the people you and your team support? The successful Registered Home Support Manager (Peripatetic) will provide practical and direct support to the Home Manager and home, to ensure that the highest quality of care is provided.


The successful candidate for this role must have the following:


* RN 1 or 2 with current NMC PIN
* NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services or equivalent
* Previous experience of working with a large multi-site Care Provider within a capacity of a high-Level Manager
* Excellent knowledge of the CQC standards
* Working knowledge of Legislation and the Regulatory Framework underpinning practice in relation to the care of older people


Key responsibilities include:


* Supporting home in absence of manager
* Conducting routine Head Office visits across care homes
* Ensuring that a stimulated and caring environment is always maintained
* Supporting the Home Managers to plan and facilitate regular staff meetings: staff supervision establishing an effective communication system, ensuring that staff members are kept up to date with all current necessary information.
* Providing support and assistance to staff members and ensuring that areas of responsibility are maintained and to delegate duties to staff as appropriate, ensuring implementation.

Reporting to the Operations Director, this is a full-time role, this role requires someone with flexibility who is willing to travel and work a variety of shifts, including the occasional weekend shift. The role will cover homes located in London, Kent and the Southwest. For your hard work you will be rewarded with a generous salary of up to salary of 67,700 per annum plus 4000 per annum car allowance.
