- Strong ER Case Work knowledge and project work is essential
- Experience in assisting in formal meetings such as employee disciplinaries and grievances
- Exposure to payroll desirable but not essential
- Must have or be working towards CIPD qualification
- Support and assist the HR Administrator where required
- Be the escalation point for queries HR Admin is unable to deal with and escalate to HR Manager more complex issues
- Provide coaching and education, supporting business areas on HR related matters building relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Provide advise and guidance to employees, team leaders and managers on a wide range of HR issues
