- Oversee the day-to-day manufacture of electronic products, ensuring technical compliance with standards and customer requirements.
- Provide technical support to sales, production, and customers (occasional site visits may be required).
- Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing processes and cost reduction.
- Design and implement transitions from prototype to production, including test benches for higher volumes.
- Ensure on-time delivery of manufactured transmitters and manage the training of production personnel.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, with a focus on electronic products
- BEng in Electrical engineering.
- IET Functional Safety.
- Electronic engineering apprenticeship.
- Educated to A level standard.
- CAD (ideally SolidWorks)
- Knowledge of UKCA, ATEX & PED.
