Carrying out market research and financial evaluations?? Assessing property development plans and borrower creditworthiness?? Managing the loan documentation process and client onboarding�? Assisting with the oversight of existing finance arrangements?? Supporting strategic partnerships and collaborative ventures?? Identifying and reaching out to potential funding opportunitiesIdeal Candidate Profile:? Comfortable working with figures – preferably a graduate in a related field, or at minimum GCSE Maths at Grade 6 (B)? Self-starter with initiative and excellent communication skills? High level of accuracy and a solid grasp of Microsoft Excel? Holds a valid UK driving licence and has access to a personal vehicleWhat You’ll Receive:??
