We are working with a top 50 UK law firm with over 160 years of heritage to recruit an experienced planning solicitor to join its Planning and Environmental Team.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years PQE in Planning, Environmental or Compulsory Purchase law, ideally from a regional, national or City firm
Skills:
- Proven ability to manage complex caseloads, provide proactive legal support and communicate effectively with clients
- Experience in delivering planning advice to local authorities, housebuilders and developers is advantageous
- Business development skills to build client relationships and expand the firm’s practice
