Join a top 50 Legal Firm as a Partner / Legal Director in the Private Client Advisory Department. Ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in private client law, this position involves managing high-net-worth client portfolios and leading strategic initiatives within the firm.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing tailored legal advice on succession planning, tax advice, wills, and estate administration.
  • Ensure client needs are met with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Draft and review complex legal documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Advise clients on mitigating tax liabilities and structuring their estates effectively.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Lead efforts to establish and grow the firm’s presence in the region, leveraging local networks and industry contacts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8 years’+ PQE gained within a strong regional, national, or City firm.
  • Proven track record of advising high-net-worth clients in all areas of private client advisory law.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Business development acumen with experience in growing a client base and identifying new business opportunities.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
