Job Opportunity: Residential Development Solicitor
Location:Â Sevenoaks
Working Hours: Full-time (35 hours, Monday - Friday)
PQE: 3-5
Overview:We are working with Top 50 full-service law firm, to recruit a Residential Development Solicitor.Â
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of residential development acquisitions, including options, conditional contracts, and disposals, while collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices.
Role Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years’ PQE, preferably with experience in residential development from a well-regarded city, national, or regional firm
- Skills: Strong technical skills in residential development transactions, including title due diligence, drafting legal documents, and managing relationships with clients
- Ability to work collaboratively across offices and develop client relationships.
- Enthusiasm for business development and marketing activities
