Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the established team, ensuring technical excellence and contributing to business development.
- Act as an ambassador for the firm's culture, embracing opportunities for legal and non-legal diversification.
- Actively develop the business through existing and new connections, including the creation and implementation of a Kent and South East business plan.
- Support the growth of the geographical team, working towards self-sustainability.
- Identify and explore new work types and opportunities for diversification.
- Promote and instil the firm’s culture, brand values, and professional standards within the team.
- Handle a diverse range of residential property matters, acting for a variety of clients, from individuals to corporate entities.
- Build and develop strong relationships with high-end property professionals, including estate agents and property finders.
About You
- A qualified Lawyer with at least five years’PQE, gained at a strong regional or City firm.
- Experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing, as outlined in this role.
- Proven ability to handle HNW conveyancing transactions, including providing enhanced client accessibility.
- A proactive approach to business development and marketing, with the ability to build and grow new client relationships.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, time recording software, and digital dictation.
