This role is ideal for a professional with a growing presence in the marketplace, looking to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Act on routine residential property transactions including the purchase and financing of both routine and complex freehold/leasehold and high-value properties.
  • Provide fee-earning support to a rapidly growing sector with a focus on technical excellence and business development.
  • Develop relationships with clients and brokers, enhancing the firm’s presence in the residential real estate market.
  • Support the wider practice by acting on mainstream residential conveyancing.
  • Be actively involved in developing and implementing the Norwich team’s business development plan.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years’ PQE.
  • Experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing as outlined in the job profile.
  • Proven ability to market within the sector and focus on growing new relationships.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Word, Excel, time recording software, case management systems, Outlook, and digital dictation.
