Day-to-day of the role:
- Act on routine residential property transactions including the purchase and financing of both routine and complex freehold/leasehold and high-value properties.
- Provide fee-earning support to a rapidly growing sector with a focus on technical excellence and business development.
- Develop relationships with clients and brokers, enhancing the firm’s presence in the residential real estate market.
- Support the wider practice by acting on mainstream residential conveyancing.
- Be actively involved in developing and implementing the Norwich team’s business development plan.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years’ PQE.
- Experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing as outlined in the job profile.
- Proven ability to market within the sector and focus on growing new relationships.
- Competence in using Microsoft Word, Excel, time recording software, case management systems, Outlook, and digital dictation.
