The Role: Residential Property Solicitor - 3+ PQEAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join a thriving conveyancing team. The residential property team consists of a partner, associate solicitor, senior solicitor, and a highly efficient support staff. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion.
  • Handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Advise clients on lease extensions, shared ownership schemes, and buy-to-let investments.
  • Collaborate closely with the team, sharing knowledge and contributing to team success.
  • Ensure compliance with CQS standards and all regulatory obligations.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
