Job Opportunity: Team Leader, Residential Real Estate Solicitor (8+ PQE)

Location: Sevenoaks

Overview:

We are working with a top 50 law firm in Sevenoaks to recruit a senior residential property solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior solicitor with 8+ years of PQE to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and fast-growing team. You will lead a newly established team, manage client relationships and contribute to the strategic growth of the firm in Kent and the South East.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

  • 8+ years of PQE in residential real estate
  • Proven experience managing all aspects of mainstream residential real estate work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated success in business development and growing client networks
  • Experience leading or managing teams, including recruitment, performance management, and mentoring junior staff

Skills:

  • Strong academic background and high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to meet client deadlines and manage high-value conveyancing matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and digital dictation systems
