Junior Float Legal Secretary, Sevenoaks - £22,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity has a risen for a Junior Float Legal Secretary to join my client, a prestigious law firm renowned for excellence in client care across Kent and the Southeast. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic candidate to provide support across various areas of law.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Assist senior legal secretaries and solicitors with administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Maintain and organise case files, both physical and digital.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates.
  • File legal documents with the court and handle routine client communication.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining calendars.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements: -

  • Previous administrative or office experience (legal experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
