Family Paralegal - Exciting Opportunity with a Leading Law Firm

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Family Paralegal to join their collaborative and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in private client law to take the next step in their legal career.

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with senior legal professionals, providing essential support on a wide range of private client matters. This includes work relating to wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will prepare court bundles and internal bundles on all files.
  • Accurate and timely administration of client correspondence.
  • Respond to general enquiries raised by or on behalf of clients.
  • Assist in general marketing of firm, either by attending events or preparation of material.
  • Conduct legal research and updates.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • You will have a strong academic background in law.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and an eye for detail.
  • Effective teamwork, time management and a proven understanding of confidentiality.
  • Experience within family law is desirable.
