Maintenance Engineer

Location: Sevenoaks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, and install farming equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Preventative maintenance of farming machinery and related equipment.
  • Out-of-hours technical service on a rota basis.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and represent the team positively.
  • Complete administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order.

About You:

  • A mechanical background with an electrical bias.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills (training provided for the right candidate).
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, or pneumatics (advantageous).
  • Refrigeration or welding skills (desirable but not essential).
  • Exceptional customer-facing and communication skills.
  • A proactive, organised, and flexible approach to work.
  • A clean full UK driving license.
