I have a brilliant opportunity for a Marketing and Comms Assistant to join a thriving team in supporting their communications and marketing. This role will be responsible for a range of key processes and tasks for both internal and external communications areas, and is part of a multi-function, high performing team. It's a brilliant opportunity that offers career progression, development and would be perfect for a Marketing graduate who has a keen interest in communications and social media.
Key Duties:
** Being a key point of contact within the team, managing the tasks, mailboxes and project plans that support the delivery of the 2022-2024 communications and marketing strategy.
** Supporting the external and internal communications partners in the delivery of their yearly communications and marketing plan.
** Coordinating tasks and projects across the service, maintaining databases and campaign plans, as well as content management across various platforms including Umbraco and Interact.
** Producing creative content for the team, including the design of assets, production of video or audio content and photography
** Managing and maintaining internal resources and guides to support colleagues across the business.
** Assist with events, an out of hours rota and the management of team drives.
** Support the team in raising the profile of the company externally though effective social media and digital content management.
** Support awareness of the team’s work through effective, including Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Hotjar and Interact.
What we need from you:
** A degree in Marketing or Communications or similar
** Any work experience in Marketing or social media
** Keen interest in Comms, external or internal
** A can do attitude
** Ability to get stuck in
