Are you a Building Services Design Engineer or similar, looking for an integral role within a well-established Building Services Consultancy who work with a dynamic client base across a range of sectors in a role offering the chance to be the go-to specialist for Design projects within a role offering the autonomy to make the role your own and progression to directorship?
This company are a well-established yet tight-knit HVAC systems supplier with a client base across UK industries. They have been providing tailored services to their clients across several major industries and are looking for a Building Services Design Engineer to be an integral part of the company managing new projects and senior members of staff.
This role will see you leading the design department to determine project requirements, discuss current and future projects with various clients. You will be responsible for carrying out site surveys, maintaining budgets and overseeing the electrical manager to ensure that all projects are delivered successfully as you cover a patch across London and the surrounding areas.
This varied role would suit a Building Services Design Engineer from a Mechanical background looking for a business-critical position offering a path to directorship within a well-established company that is actively looking to expand their specialist client base.
The Role:
- Meeting with clients to discuss current and future projects
- Liase with the design team to discuss project requirements
- Maintain and manage budgets
- Manage the electrical manager
- Monday - Friday 8:30 -17:00
The Person:
- Building Services Design Engineer or similar
- HVAC knowledge
- Full UK Driving License
- Happy to travel to sites across London whilst working daily from the Sevenoaks office
