- Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with internal and external customers across the Italian and European markets.
- Sales & Upselling: Promote and sell products, focusing on showrooms and distributors. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- New Product Development: Introduce and explain new product offerings to clients, using influence to drive sales.
- Client Relationship Building: Work closely with internal teams and clients to develop tailored solutions that increase sales and client satisfaction.
- Analysis & Technical Queries: Review performance data, manage technical queries, and ensure clients are fully informed on product benefits.
- Innovation & Process Improvement: Bring fresh ideas and challenge existing processes to enhance sales strategies and drive results.
- Fluency in Italian (native or professional level).
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in Account Management, Sales, and Client Relationship Management.
- A driven and innovative thinker with the ability to challenge processes and find new ways to deliver success.
- Exceptional and adaptable Communicator, comfortable conversing with Italian clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and understand technical information.
- Willingness to travel to offices in the Midlands and Essex once a month and occasional trips abroad.
- £50-60k base salary (with up to 20% bonus potential).
