This is a fantastic opening for an adept and energetic Account Manager to join this leading international manufacturer, being a key player in their continued success and growth strategy.Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with internal and external customers across the Italian and European markets.
  • Sales & Upselling: Promote and sell products, focusing on showrooms and distributors. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • New Product Development: Introduce and explain new product offerings to clients, using influence to drive sales.
  • Client Relationship Building: Work closely with internal teams and clients to develop tailored solutions that increase sales and client satisfaction.
  • Analysis & Technical Queries: Review performance data, manage technical queries, and ensure clients are fully informed on product benefits.
  • Innovation & Process Improvement: Bring fresh ideas and challenge existing processes to enhance sales strategies and drive results.
What We're Looking For:
  • Fluency in Italian (native or professional level).
  • Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in Account Management, Sales, and Client Relationship Management.
  • A driven and innovative thinker with the ability to challenge processes and find new ways to deliver success.
  • Exceptional and adaptable Communicator, comfortable conversing with Italian clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb and understand technical information.
  • Willingness to travel to offices in the Midlands and Essex once a month and occasional trips abroad.
Salary & Benefits:
  • £50-60k base salary (with up to 20% bonus potential).
