- Forecast demand and plan orders across 900+ stock lines
- Monitor production and shipments to ensure deadlines are met
- Approve shipping plans and prepare shipping/arrival data
- Communicate supply chain updates across the organisation
- Process inbound stock and update supplier buying schedules
- Assist with quality issues and manage spare parts ordering
- Process shipping documents and invoices
- Analyse customer forecasts and integrate into demand planning
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Educated to degree standard
- Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP
- Knowledge of supply chain principles
- A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or related field
- Previous experience in supply chain or logistics management
