Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced individual to join our Sevenoaks or Richmond office as a Lettings Compliance Auditor on a fixed term contract.

You will be responsible for second checking that all legal/health and safety checks/requirements have been completed in the Lettings division and all relevant processes have been followed before a tenancy commences or renews.
