Our Sevenoaks facility is a hub of activity, and were looking for an experienced Production Line Leader to help manage and motivate our team to meet production targets efficiently.

Shift & Pay:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Day shift: £14 per hour
- Pay increases with experience
- Ensure all team members follow Jardoxs health and safety protocols.
- Maintain food safety standards, guaranteeing that all products are of the highest quality and safe for consumption.
- Plan and organise staffing levels to meet daily production targets.
- Manage raw material and packaging orders, ensuring timely availability for production use.
- Train the team to recognise and achieve high-quality output.
- Keep all production records and Critical Control Points (CCPs) accurate and up to date, including start-up checks, weight checks, label and line clearance checks.
- Work closely with your Line Manager and the Quality Team to ensure all procedures are followed correctly and work is done right the first time.
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanliness of the production area, ensuring equipment and pallets are cleaned using proper tools and protocols.
- Lead your team to meet production plan targets and drive continuous improvement.
- Use company systems to measure area performance, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor adjustments to equipment based on engineer fixes.
- Minimise packaging and material waste, ensuring proper recording and reporting of losses.

We are seeking candidates with experience in food production, ideally in a supervisory role. You should have a strong understanding of production processes and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
