Project Manager

Project manager required for a leading supplier of installation, refurbishment andmaintenance in the lift industry. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career, the role has a competitive salary with company vehicle, you would also accumulate extra holiday over time.

They are looking for a projector manager to be in charge of refurbishments. The ideal individual has to be a strong communicator and problem solver. It is essiential the candidate comes from a lift engineer background of being on the tools and has progressed to management.

• Produce detailed project plans which would include timelines and budgets
• Work alongside clients and engineers to ensure projects are running to schedule
• This is an office-based role in Sevenoaks with visits to sites
• Provide regular progress update to management
• Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations
• This role would mainly cover refurbishments
• Ensure all refurbishments meet industry standards

• Experience is a similar role is essential
• Come from a background in the lift industry with relevant qualifications and being on the tools would be beneficial
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong I.T skills
• Proficient understanding in project management
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of refurbishments

• 50,000-55,000 salary dependant on experience
• (Mon-Fri) 8:00-17:00 working hours
• 25 days holiday plus bank holiday
