I am working with an innovative organisation who are seeking a talented Internal Communications Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis to help enhance their internal communication strategies and ensure employees are well-informed and engaged. This role will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication plans that support the organisational goals and foster a positive work environment so they requires a creative and strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies and plans.
- Create engaging content for internal newsletters, emails, intranet, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate and manage internal events and initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and disseminate important information.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and make improvements as needed.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all internal communication platforms.
- Support the HR team in promoting company culture and values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal communications or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, intranet systems).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
