Technical Coordinator
Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: Up to 55k/annum + Package
My client is a UK leading residential developer seeking a Technical Coordinator to join them to work on one of their flagship schemes in Kent. They have an excellent technical side and have a number of upcoming projects, as well as having a well established team.
The project is a 700+ unit scheme consisting of low rise apartments and timber frame across multiple phases.
Role
As TechnicalCoordinator you will:
- Provide technical design co-ordination and to manage the delivery of this information
- Check working drawings and be able to critique/challenge the quality of information delivered
- Work with consultants for timely issue of information to enable programmes to be adhered to
- Provide technical advice on schemes being considered for purchase and prepared for planning applications
Profile
Technical Coordinatorsapplying to this role must:
- Have experience as a technical coordinator working for a developer
- Degree related to Architecture or Engineering
- Be able to hit the ground running on a fast paced site
- Have good time management and the ability to adhere to deadlines
- Have excellent communication skills, with the necessity to liaise with internal staff and external bodies
