We are working with an established organisation in the manufacturing sector who are looking to employ a Head of Service Delivery, permanently, in the Sevenoaks area.

This is in-office and a great position for someone with proactive problem-solving skills, the ability to identify gaps for improvements, and is able to manage working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Establish and maintain high standards for service delivery processes and procedures.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and needs are met.
  • Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Developing suitable strategies ensuring the company remains relevant to the market.
  • Set, monitor and maintain compliance with service KPIs.
  • Manage complaints with appropriate escalations and highlight high-risk concerns.
  • Guide, support and develop the team members to deliver exceptional services.
  • Ensure all service-related payments are invoiced and collected promptly.
  • Oversee the processing of customer orders to ensure timely deliveries of goods.
  • Work closely with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth deliveries.
  • Maintain the ERP system, reducing waste and enhancing productivity.
  • Occasionally visit clients or attend internal meetings to address any concerns.

The requirements for this role:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant subject area.
  • Extensive management experience in service delivery roles.
  • Management certification e.g. ILM/CMI.
  • Experience in managing internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • High numerate/literate with a strong understanding of business finance principles.
  • Ability to analyse financial data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to communicate at a variety of levels and with diverse groups.
