Quantity Surveyor - Kent - Construction Consultancy

A growing construction consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a small tight knit team. They are based in Kent and work on high end residential projects in London. Reporting into the Principel Surveyor main duties will be:

• Prepare bills of quantities / cost plans / work schedules (Key role)• Attending and writing minutes for meetings• Collating tenders• Preparation of monthly cost reports and final accounts

The ideal candidate:

• Completed a Quantity Surveying / RICS accredited degree.• 2 years+ quantity surveying experience with good knowledge of UK construction.• Cost planning and project management knowledge• Good communication skills- written & oral• Pre and post contract cost management experience• Worked on projects within the built environment.• Proficient in measurements and good knowledge of NRM
