An exciting position has become available for a full-time position as a Sales Negotiator to join a friendly team of property professionals. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to build on their experience, learning new skills whilst becoming part of a company owned by an Employee Ownership Trust.
Our clients are a leading independent estate agent, established over 35 years ago and are owned by an Employee Ownership Trust. They have a passion for property and providing an unrivalled service to their clients, specialising in sales, lettings and property management.
Estate Agent Junior Sales Negotiator - Role Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with both vendors and purchasers
- Providing consistently high levels of service and communication
- Overseeing sales progression
- Knowing a client’s requirements to ensure efficient service
- Arranging and accompanying viewings
- Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating sales
- Assisting and mentoring team members
Estate Agent Junior Sales Negotiator - Role Requirements:
- Passionate about providing a superb, professional and friendly service
- Proactive and a positive can-do attitude
- Possess the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Good IT skills
- Smart and presentable
- Full UK driving license
- Have the right to work in the UK
Estate Agent Junior Sales Negotiator - Remuneration:
- £24,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary, commensurate with experience
- Share of Office Commission
- Profit Share
- £27,000+ On Target Earnings, rising as the office performance improves
- 20 days holiday, plus the office is closed at Christmas, so no need to reserve personal annual leave during this period
