Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

An exciting position has become available for a full-time position as a Sales Negotiator to join a friendly team of property professionals. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to build on their experience, learning new skills whilst becoming part of a company owned by an Employee Ownership Trust.

Our clients are a leading independent estate agent, established over 35 years ago and are owned by an Employee Ownership Trust. They have a passion for property and providing an unrivalled service to their clients, specialising in sales, lettings and property management.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Role Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with both vendors and purchasers
  • Providing consistently high levels of service and communication
  • Overseeing sales progression
  • Knowing a client’s requirements to ensure efficient service
  • Arranging and accompanying viewings
  • Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating sales
  • Assisting and mentoring team members

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Role Requirements:

  • Passionate about providing a superb, professional and friendly service
  • Proactive and a positive can-do attitude
  • Possess the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Good IT skills
  • Smart and presentable
  • Full UK driving license
  • Have the right to work in the UK

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Remuneration:

  • £28,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary, commensurate with experience
  • Share of Office Commission
  • Profit Share
  • £33,000+ On Target Earnings, rising as the office performance improves
  • 25 days holiday, plus the office is closed at Christmas, so no need to reserve personal annual leave during this period
