Our client is a well-established and leading independent estate agent with offices in the Sevenoaks area of Kent. They have a great local reputation for the quality of their service in the sales and lettings of residential property.
An exciting position has become available for a young sales negotiator to join their friendly and professional team at one of their offices. This is a great career opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Carry out viewings and obtain feedback from viewers.
- Offer companies services to vendors.
- Develop leads into viewings and instructions
- Arrange viewings of properties for sale.
- Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements.
- Negotiate offers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ideally have a minimum of 12 months industry experience in residential sales
- Smart appearance
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident
- Strong customer service skills
- Full driving licence and own car
Hours
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
- Saturday 9.30am to 4.30pm (1 in 4)
