Residential Property Manager, Sevenoaks - £27k - £30k (Plus commission and benefits)

My client, a highly regarded independent estate agent, is passionate about property and committed to providing exceptional service. Specialising in both sales and lettings, they pride themselves on their professionalism and dedication to client satisfaction.

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and well-established team?

You’ll be working closely with the Head of Lettings Compliance to manage portfolios across multiple branches, encompassing approximately 150 managed properties and 160 let-only properties. This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays), offering a collaborative environment alongside a dedicated Property Maintenance Manager and Client Accountant to handle maintenance and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.• Deliver consistently high levels of service and communication.• Understand client requirements to ensure efficient and tailored service.• Obtain viewing feedback and negotiate lets.• Process tenant referencing.• Prepare tenancy agreements and renewals.• Serve Section 21, Section 13, and Section 8 notices.• Arrange gas safety checks, EICRs, EPCs, and maintain compliance records.• Organise and conduct regular property inspections.

Skills and Qualifications

• ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential; support provided for obtaining qualifications).• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role• A genuine passion for providing professional, friendly, and exceptional service.• Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.• Good IT proficiency.• Smart, presentable, and customer-focused.• Full UK driving licence.
