General Manager Wanted to Oversee Multiple Establishments
We are looking for a General Manager to supervise several venues, including a bustling restaurant, bar, shop, and gastro pub.
Nestled in the picturesque North Downs within Shoreham village, Sevenoaks, Kent, this location is the closest vineyard to London, featuring convenient rail connections.
The restaurant, serves fresh baked gourmet pizzas and small plates, typically serves over 500 guests on Saturdays and Sundays during the summer months. Additionally, the venue hosts wine tastings for up to 140 people per day, along with corporate events, private parties, and wakes.
The gastro pub, a historic 15th-century inn with AA rosette accreditation, can accommodate a maximum of 54 diners, in addition to outdoor and bar seating.
We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the business. Salary is negotiable.
Guideline: £40,000+ basic salary, plus service charge. Estimated earnings before on-target bonus: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
This position could also be suitable for a couple, as there is a Restaurant Manager position becoming available in the coming months.
There is the option for a two bedroom apartment.
