This is a fantastic opening for an adept and energetic Account Manager to join this leading international manufacturer, being a key player in their continued success and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:Manage and grow relationships with internal and external customers across the Italian and European markets.
  • Sales & Upselling:Promote and sell products, focusing on showrooms and distributors. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Increasing turnover and Profitability:in line with Annual AOP by acting as lead account manager.
  • New Product Development:Introduce and explain new product offerings to clients, using influence to drive sales.
  • Client Relationship Building:Work closely with internal teams and clients to develop tailored solutions that increase sales and client satisfaction.
  • Analysis & Technical Queries:Review performance data, manage technical queries, and ensure clients are fully informed on product benefits.
  • Innovation & Process Improvement:Bring fresh ideas, and challenge existing processes to enhance sales strategies and drive results.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in Italian(native or professional level).
  • Proven experience of at least 3-5 years inAccount Management,Sales, andClient Relationship Management.
  • Adept project and account managementskills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
  • A driven andinnovative thinkerwith the ability to challenge processes and find new ways to deliver success.
  • Exceptional and adaptable Communicator, comfortable conversing with Italian clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Quick learnerwith the ability to absorb and understand technical information.
  • Willingness to travel to offices in theMidlands andEssex once a monthand occasional trips abroad.
