An opportunity for an Accounts Assistant is available with a friendly, family run company in Sevenoaks.
Job Role:
- Invoicing, including Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Assisting with incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Support with booking engineer and surveyor visits
- Dealing with customer complaints & invoice queries
- Preparing payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Credit card statements
- Monthly maintenance runs
- VAT returns
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experienced in invoicing
- Good IT skills - knowledge of Sage 50
