Accounts Assistant

An opportunity for an Accounts Assistant is available with a friendly, family run company in Sevenoaks.

Job Role:

  • Invoicing, including Sales Ledger
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Assisting with incoming phone calls and enquiries
  • Support with booking engineer and surveyor visits
  • Dealing with customer complaints & invoice queries
  • Preparing payments
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Credit card statements
  • Monthly maintenance runs
  • VAT returns

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experienced in invoicing
  • Good IT skills - knowledge of Sage 50
