Description

  • Overseeing the maintenance of the company's purchase ledger.
  • Accurately recording financial transactions and ensuring all records are up to date.
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding invoice queries.
  • Authorize and process payments, including BACS payments and cheques.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and delivery notes to invoices and purchase orders
  • Providing support to the wider finance team as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborating with other teams to improve financial processes and systems.

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
