Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in managing a team of lift engineers and planning their daily workload.
  • Ensuring all reports from engineers are correct, complete, and submitted on time.
  • Managing work schedules, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinating customer service and meetings to keep clients up to date.
  • Raising purchase orders, quotations, and contracts, and supporting general admin duties.
  • Updating the ESM management system with critical information such as contracts, service visits, and breakdowns.
