Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in managing a team of lift engineers and planning their daily workload.
- Ensuring all reports from engineers are correct, complete, and submitted on time.
- Managing work schedules, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinating customer service and meetings to keep clients up to date.
- Raising purchase orders, quotations, and contracts, and supporting general admin duties.
- Updating the ESM management system with critical information such as contracts, service visits, and breakdowns.
