Heels & Brogues Recruitment are working with one of our top clients to expand the Coffee Field Service Engineer team.
Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Salary: From £34,000 Earning Potential £50,000
Location: Sevenoaks/ Kent Area

- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Weekly overtime rate is £22.50 per hour after 47.5 hours
- Weekend overtime rate is £22.50 per hr
- Bank holiday overtime rate is £30 per hr plus an additional £50 standby
- 40 hours standard working week plus 2.5 hours per week unpaid lunch break. Plus 5 hours travelling time paid at £10 per hour
- Non-Contributory company pension scheme (company pays 10%)
- Death in Service. 4 times annual salary to nominated persons
- Full training supplied although must have previous experience in electrical and engineering from previous employment.
As a Coffee Field Service Engineer, you will receive full training before joining the 1-4 weekend rota, allowing you to become an integral part of our team.
They are seeking a positive and enthusiastic Coffee Field Service Engineer to join their team; however, experience in another electro-mechanical field service role would be considered.
Main duties and responsibilities for a Field Service Engineer:
- Install, commission and set up the commercial coffee equipment
- Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services as a Field Service Engineer
- Attend re-active break down and repair call outs
- Operator training (e.g. operation and cleaning of coffee equipment)
- Self-sufficient management of spare parts stock holding in service van
- To manage and supply timely paperwork, including full completion of service reports (with photos if required) as a Field Service Engineer
- To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business
Schedule: Monday to Friday (1 in 4 Weekend)
