Female Rehabilitation Support Workers Wanted
Location: Sevenoaks
Position: Part-time / Full-time

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and patient Female Rehabilitation Support Workers to work with our 8-year-old male client in Sevenoaks. This role involves providing support and assistance to help the child with day-to-day activities, promoting independence, and assisting with rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the child in daily routines and activities
  • Provide physical and emotional support in line with the client’s rehabilitation plan
  • Assist with social, educational, and developmental goals
  • Promote independence and self-confidence
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Willingness and ability to drive the client’s adapted MPV (multi-purpose vehicle)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Female (due to the nature of the role)
  • Previous experience in supporting children or young people with special needs or rehabilitation is desirable
  • Compassionate, patient, and understanding
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • A flexible and proactive approach
